Unfortunately, no pets are permitted at the wedding or on the property.

Only guests specifically named on your invitation are invited. Please do not bring a plus-one unless this has been agreed in advance with both the bride and groom.

Only children specifically included on the invitation may attend.

Please remember that the wedding will take place in a natural bush setting and alcohol will be served. Children must remain under their parents’ or guardians’ supervision and responsibility at all times.

We ask all guests to wear appropriate wedding attire.

For men, Shorts & Short sleeve shirts are not permitted.

We understand the weather might be warm but for the ceremony, men are required to wear long trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and a jacket for at least 30min. As the celebration continues outdoors, you are welcome to remove your vest after the ceremony.

Please also choose footwear suitable for an outdoor bush setting.

Yes, we’re organising meals throughout the weekend for guests staying on-site so you don’t have to worry :

• Friday evening: A pizza truck will be available. Pizzas will cost $24 each.

• Saturday morning: A breakfast/brunch-style buffet with tea and coffee will be provided for a contribution of $10 per guest.

• Saturday afternoon and evening: Snacks, the wedding dinner, and the open bar are complimentary.

• Midnight snacks / Sunday morning: Plenty of food will still be available on-site for curing your hangover.

We will contact each guest who RSVP'd and is staying on-site in December to collect final payments for accommodation and additional meals.

For people staying in the Glamtent, yes all bath towels and linen will be provided.

For people staying in the shared house, only a pillow and fitted sheet will be provided. Please bring your own towels and extra blanket / sheet.

Some can be rented on-site directly with the venue. Please talk to us if you prefer this option, we will organise it for you.

Only 9 Private Rooms are available in the property. We have already allocated the rooms to each guest cluster based on group size. Your names will be added to the door of each room.

If you arrive early and we are still organising the rooms, please wait for us to tell you which room is allocated to you.

On Friday, anytime after 5pm .

On Saturday, Ceremony will start at 4pm. Please be on-site and ready at lease 30min to 1hr prior.
